The Research Analyst shall:

- Conduct research activities in compliance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and amendments thereof.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and circulars.
- Maintain records of communications and research recommendations as prescribed by SEBI.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors

- Read all disclosures, terms & conditions, and disclaimers carefully.
- Understand the risks associated with securities market investments.
- Make payments only through official banking channels in the name of the Research Analyst entity.
- Keep records of all communications and payment receipts.
Don'ts
- Do not rely on assured or guaranteed return claims.
- Do not make investment decisions solely based on rumors or social media tips.
- Do not share sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, or trading credentials.
- Do not make cash payments.
- Do not expect guaranteed profits from research recommendations.
F. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
SEBI has incorporated SCORES 2.0 and ODR mechanisms within the updated Investor Charter framework for Research Analysts.
