Level 1: Direct Resolution

Clients are advised to first raise their complaint directly with Kolhe Advisory and Research by providing complete details of the issue.

Please mention your registered name, contact details, subscription plan, and a clear description of the complaint while writing to us.

Level 2: Escalation

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within a reasonable time frame, you may escalate the matter by requesting further review.

Level 3: SEBI SCORES Platform

In case the grievance is not resolved through the above channels, clients may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES platform (SEBI Complaints Redress System) as per applicable regulations.

Kolhe Advisory and Research shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
