Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Nature of Services
Kolhe Advisory and Research provides research and market insight services on a
subscription basis. Once a subscription is activated and services are made
accessible, the service is considered to have commenced.
No Refund Policy
Fees paid towards any subscription plan, package, or service are
non-refundable under all circumstances. No refund or partial
refund will be provided once the subscription is activated, irrespective of
usage or non-usage of services.
No Cancellation After Activation
Subscription cancellation requests after activation will not be entertained.
Clients are advised to carefully review the service details, disclosures,
and disclaimers before making any payment.
Non-Transferability
All subscriptions are non-transferable. Services purchased for one individual
cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with any third party.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where services are not delivered due to technical issues solely
attributable to Kolhe Advisory and Research, the company may, at its sole
discretion, extend the subscription period. Monetary refunds shall not be provided.
Payment Disputes
Any disputes related to payments must be reported within a reasonable time.
Kolhe Advisory and Research shall review such cases and provide clarification
based on internal records. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without
prior communication may lead to suspension of services.
Modification of Policy
Kolhe Advisory and Research reserves the right to modify or update this Refund
& Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of
services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
